A new group of students from Windesheim University of Applied Sciences have come to Cambodia! Over the next 4 months, they will be working on the expansion of the CountrySide Education Project for their minor International Sustainable Development. Hanne and Anne, Pedagogy and Built Environment students, will be busy transforming the old building into a daycare center. Nevada and Nienke, two Food Innovation students, think about the possibilities for a school garden and how a healthy diet can be encouraged. They have come up with great ideas and some plans already!
