A team of NFC staff and CSEP student volunteers visited our countryside community to hand out a COVID-19 information kit we developed. They visited nearly two hundred families to explain about the pandemic, give tips on how to stay safe, provide hand washing instructions, and distribute free soap.
Every family received an information kit that contained flyers we developed ourselves. The flyers provide information on the Corona virus, how the virus is being spread, and how people can protect themselves from the virus. The flyers are written in the Cambodian language and we also ensured they contain clear images, so that even the illiterate (many of the older generation) can understand the information. Each kit also contained soap and hand washing instructions.
